No-Refund & No-Return Policy

For Candle & Perfume-Making Classes

Thank you for choosing to participate in our candle and perfume-making experiences. Due to the nature of our workshops and the materials prepared in advance, we maintain the following policy:

1. No Refunds

All class bookings are non-refundable. Once a reservation is confirmed and payment is received, your seat is secured and materials are allocated specifically for you.

2. No Returns on Custom Products

All candles, perfumes, and fragrance products created during the workshop are custom-made and personalized, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Participants may request to reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Only one reschedule request is permitted per booking.

  • Requests made within 48 hours of the class will not be eligible for rescheduling.

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice will result in forfeiture of payment.

5. Late Arrival

If you arrive late, you may join the class in progress; however, we cannot extend the session time or guarantee full participation in all activities.

6. Class Cancellations by Host

In the rare event that we must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:

  • A full credit toward a future class, or

  • The option to reschedule to a new date.
