All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Please note:

  • Processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, or promotional periods.

  • Custom or made-to-order fragrance products may require additional processing time.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping (if available): 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Insufficient address

  • Failure to claim package

The customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Crafted Creations is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Contact your local carrier

  • File a claim directly with the carrier

We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.


6. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of replacement.


7. Fragrance & Heat Disclaimer

Candles and perfumes may be sensitive to extreme temperatures. During warmer months, minor cosmetic changes (such as slight sweating of candles) may occur and do not affect product performance.

Crafted Creations is not responsible for heat-related cosmetic changes once products are in transit.


8. Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping regulations, certain fragrance products containing alcohol may require ground shipping only.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods to comply with carrier regulations.


9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
